These Terms of Service govern your use of menfashionsense.com and any products or services offered by MenFashion Sense. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using MenFashion Sense, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Use of Content

All content on MenFashion Sense — including articles, guides, images, outfit curation, and Academy modules — is owned by MenFashion Sense or its content partners and is protected by copyright.

You may:

  • Read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Quote up to 50 words with clear attribution and a link back to the source

You may not:

  • Copy, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission
  • Use our content or branding for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate data collection from our site
  • Create derivative works from our paid digital products or Academy content

3. Style Academy Subscription

Free Tier

The free tier provides access to Module 1 (3 chapters) upon email registration. Free access is personal and non-transferable.

Pro Subscription

  • Pro access is billed monthly at the rate shown at time of purchase
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

4. Digital Product Purchases

PDF guides sold through the Style Shop are digital products. Upon successful payment:

  • A download link will be emailed to you immediately
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide
  • You may not distribute, resell, or share the PDF with others

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are unsatisfied, email hello@menfashionsense.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Affiliate Links

MenFashion Sense participates in affiliate programmes. We earn a commission when you purchase through our links at no additional cost to you. This income supports our editorial work. Our recommendations are editorially independent of affiliate relationships. See our full affiliate disclosure.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy in all style advice, product recommendations, and pricing information. However, fashion retail is fast-moving: prices, availability, and product details change frequently. Always verify pricing and product details on the retailer's site before purchasing. MenFashion Sense is not responsible for discrepancies between our content and retailer pricing.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
